Hiya

Finally bit the bullet and getting my Headlights upgraded. I need to remove and send away the current units and rather than be without the van for a week or so just wondering if anyone has a pair of H4 the could let me have for a few weeks. If you have a set gathering dust PM me and see if we can do a deal.

Morning All

I'm in Livingston, Just west of Edinburgh (Should have thought of that when posting)

Few been asking what I ended up going for and costs. I decided to spend the same as if I had ordered Bi-xenon headlamps from the factory.

What I got

Morimoto Mini D2S 4.0 Bi Xenon projectors
Philips white Vision Gen2 D2S xenon bulbs
Hylux 45W Ballasts
LED DRL bulbs + reverse lights
LED indicators x 2 sets
LED interior kit with LED plate lights
LED Fog light kit

From EM Tuning - Automotive Industry UK Based Company

Also getting the interior of the headlamps, chrome highline bumper strip and indicator repeaters colour coded. And a few other nice touches.

I will post up progress as I go

Oooh, I like colour coded lights! I'll be interested to see this. Are you going to get them to match a grill streamer or similar. I've seen this done by a guy in Epworth at Vans of Westwood and it looks really nice.

I am also interested to hear how these turn out as I was only recently investigating having my H4 lights modified with the addition of good quality projector units and was looking at this company below.

HEADLIGHTRETROFITS

I am yet to be convinced that any of the newly released aftermarket units have good projector units really based on the cost alone, my experience of the T4 aftermarket projector lights was dreadful, even dire.

Plan so far is to code the headlight shroud to match the van (Chestnut Brown) and dyed all the chrome to tone it down, hope to achieve a bronze look.

That’s weird, I live literally 5mins from there and I’d never heard of them before now!
