Are There Any Android Head Units Compatible With A 2017 T6 Transporter?

As title. My neighbour has a 2017 T6 tranporter with standard non satnav head unit. I've recently replaced my Ford Focus with an Android head unit and hes looking for something similar for around £250 (GPS, touchscreen, reverse camera etc)

All the ones I've seen listed only mention up to a 2015 T6 for compatibility. Are the head units, dimensions, cabling different betwen the 2015 and 2017 models?

Any recommendations? I've seen Alpine and Pioneer head units mentioned but they are more expensive.

According to the description this should be compatible and a straight fit. Need to check with my neighbour to make sure its the same style :

@BeelzebubUK that is the 1 I have been looking at getting. If you get it make sure to get the 4PIN TO USB ADAPTER PORT SOCKET so you can still use the usb on the dash. They have a video on youtube with lots of good info about this unit.
