Atera Strada DL2 / T6.1

I've recently taken delivery of a T6.1 (Bilbos conversion, swb, hi-top).

I intend to get a Westfalia Detachable Tow Bar fitted.

From reading various posts it seems that the Atera Strada DL3 will enable opening of the tailgate - hopefully carrying 2 e-bikes (19 kg each).

But what about the Atera Strada DL2 - will the tailgate "catch"?

Any comment will be gratefully received, and thanks in advance.

Not sure on the DL2. I've got the DL3 fitted to a Westfalia detachable and it works a treat. Only thing you have to watch out for is you have a wide handle barred MTB then it can catch the tailgate unless you fit it into the middle carrier of course. My bars are super wide though to be honest.
