Hi all,

Any help will be welcome. I have some Audi seats that are Heated and Electric that I want to fit but need to work out the wiring.
My Van has factory fitted heated seats so the wiring is there for that but not sure on anything else.
Has anyone done it before and offer any help - or know of anyone in the south(M3 corridor) who can connect up the seats?
First four plugs are from the Audi electrics seats
Last four are from the seats in the T6

Airbag plugs are always yellow
The heated part uses a fair bit if power so i guess thats the red plug ?

Do you know what vehicle they came out of ?

If you do then you have the option of going on audi erwin and pay for an hours access and download the wiring diagrams of the vehicle they came from and you should be able to work out what each of the coloured plugs does and the wire colours within

All the pics you have posted of your van are nothing to do with the seats

The black box is your towbar module and the coloured plugs in the bracket are just coupling points of the van wiring

The single red plug and the floating grey plug with the black wire is all from your reverse camera

Yes they have come out of a 2017 Audi Q7 Sline

Oh sorry, I have no idea what each wire was clearly!!

Tried using elsawin but cant find the wiring diagrams for my model. Thought someone must have done this before.

We do have a great solution to simply bolt in those seats , no cutting no welding or grinding 30 to 40 mins to do ( with out the wiring issues )
Hi Thanks for the heads up but I got some adapter plates from Tansporter HQ think they are the same. lets hope so!! Its the wiring I need help!!!

Hi there

no the THQ ones are very different to ours and not as easy to fit , , much cheaper obviously ha ha

It’s quite easy to wire, the Seat adjust needs a fused constant supply. Red with black trace and brown to earth. 25amp fuse and cable. Use the constant live under passenger seat and earth to seat base mount.
The heater side I fit my timer controller for retro fit, and if it’s factory fitted just use the original seat loom.

Would suggest buying a good set of drills to fit your seatbase adaptors cause the bases aren’t easy to drill. Would also suggest using 10.9 hex bolts not the 8.8 bolts supplied in the kit. There are better kits available easier to fit and use the original seat mount points. Work with swivels too.
