Audio Buzz on new speakers and amp. T6.1

Hello!
My local car installation expert installed the following in mid July.

• JL Audio XD700 five channel amp
• JL Audio 8inch poly Sub
• Morel Maximo Ultra 602 Speaker system, includes tweeters
• JL Remote bass control
• Various cables

There is a low level buzz on the speaker system.
Buzz is there upon opening / unlocking of the van.
Buzz remains when key is removed from ignition.
Buzz is there when head unit is turned off!
Buzz is not present when input cables from the head unit are removed from the amp, so the amp is not generating the noise!
Sometimes when the van goes to sleep after the ignition key has been removed, there are a couple of loud pops from the speakers, sounds like capacitor discharge.

I have contacted the installer but still waiting for a reply!

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Has the correct cable adaptor been used to output to the amplifier?

Did you get a solution to your noise issue? Following.

If the noise stops when the amp inputs are removed then you are an issue with grounds, fit a ground loop filter and the noise should go away.
