Aux heater control panel blacked out

Hi,

The control panel for aux heater just blacked out. The system has been tested (Aux heater test passes) and scanned with Launch V431 and error code U112100 shows up.

Now our hands are up, so advices are wellcome.

OBD diagnostics cannot communicate with panel thru CAN bus, so has the panel released its operative smoke?

Pump and fan are fine with tester. Just the panel in the roof is “dead”.
Seems to provide also
01/U014000 no comm
09/03022 local comm / electrical fault.
