The Chief Advisor paid for and accepted a quote which was around 10% less than other companies and told them via email that she would be putting her Cherished Transfer on it in a few days once the documentation had come back from DVLA. No response from Aviva Zero. Follow up emails also got no response.
Eventually, spoke to humans at Aviva who had Zero knowledge of Ariva Zero. Flurry of FB messages and we get an email stating that they had changed the car reg as requested. But no, they hadn't and they have lied.
Utter shambles.....then tried to charge us £11 to actually change the reg.
