Best Adhesive

A bit of plastic fog light cover has fallen off the front bumper its a sportline style bumper spoiler, the plastic bit covers where fog lights would go if fitted.

this looks like it has been glued on as there is some adhesive left where it fell off. What adhesive / glue would be best to use. and would I need to remove the other blobs of adhesive?

Sikaflex or Tigerseal. You'll get a better fit if you remove the old stuff first.
