Best soundproof/insulation/vapour seal poll

Hi folks. Next phase of my conversion is soon to start. Wondering if folk would post their recommendation and choice of material for the following.

1) Sound proof layer on outer skin.
2) Insulation layer.
3) Vapour barrier.

Only the lower half needs doing with Shuttle panels hiding it all. Heard lambswool is good for insulation but wonder if it is fire retardant.

Wool is inherently flame retardant

2- forget Insulation and fit eberspacher!
3-why? I would be worried it will do more harm than good

Thanks @Pauly . I think I'll use Silent Coat. Can I ask what thickness you used? Also wondering if there is any advantage to sound quality using something like dynamat just for the areas where there are speakers. Albeit it's just the standard factory set up I've got for now.

I used a couple boxes of the 2mm stuff
Not sure what the difference is between this and dynamat it’s the same principal of mass loading the area ?

I also used silent coat. I had an empty panel van for about 5 months, only once the silent coat was fitted could I remove the bulkhead due to the road noise. Still not perfect but loads better.

Thanks Ed Webb. As a van derived car, it's actually quite quiet in the Shuttle. Either that, or I'm going deaf with age. Think it already has sound proofing over the wheel arches and around the van floor so it's maybe not as tinny sounding as a PV. If I was just leaving it as is, I wouldn't bother adding more sound proofing. But as its getting insulated for a camper conversion, well it's just belt and braces. Notice though, when I'm out of the van, with the radio or music being played, it's noticeably louder outside the van than any car I've owned. Makes me think theres nothing between the speakers and the outer skin. A few times at the pumps, I've sheepishly found myself reaching inside again, to turn it down. Before my love of Muse gets me an ASBO.
