bit of help where to wire the reverse cam live?

do i splice it in to the Reverse (purple) or find an ignition live? i believe i shouldn't wire it into the reverse bulb wiring loom due to canbus errors.
Head unit= Pioneer SPH-DA77DAB
Interface= connects 2 FKIT-VW-66
Reverse Cam= Road angel RA 8100

Purple off the connects 2 to the reverse trigger on the headunit. Then wire an ignition live from the fuse box to the camera or use the remote wire off the headunit, instructions will tell you the remote and ant/accessories wire max ampage. Just make sure you fuse the camera using a 2 amp fuse or something similar
