We just bought an Outdoor Revolution driveaway awning from Quality Caravan Awnings. We went for the T2 Driveaway low-midline. Saw them at the NEC show and were impressed by how quick they are to inflate and deflate.
They included a free carpet so seemed like a good deal. We checked out Sunncamp, Kampa and Camptech too before taking the plunge.
Some useful advice they gave us, check the height range is compatible with the height of your awning rail and make sure the the length of the straight part of your awning rail is the within the range of the max width of the awning.
