Edit: I should also take this opportunity to say a quick thanks for the seat-trims you sold me a few months back. Great comms and allowed me to fearlessly wield a stanley knife in order to better accommodate my driver-side RIB offset swivel!

Yep, I've been attempting to drill out the weld to tap a bolt in place but even a cobalt bit isn't making an impression. Plan B will be to weld a post back on. Spring is the easy-ish bit!
