Buying a t6 from a company privately

Hi,

I'm buying a t6 from a company. It's not a car dealership. It's a company owned shuttle.
Is there anything I need to consider when doing this? Is it any different than buying from an individual?

Depending on the company size likely you could find out if VAT registered as it might already include VAT if it was a qualifying vehicle or it might be plus VAT which wont be a nice surprise to find out.

Make sure all the paperwork has company name on it and get a receipt with company name on .
One other thing is if it a LTD company and they are going bankrupt for some reason they cannot sell it .
It’s probably safer as they cannot run away with your money so easily.
