C pillar wiring

Hi - didn’t plan or missed this and carpeted already.
Can you take cables down the c panel ?
Is it easy ?
Plan b ?

Was hoping to put a light switch in there

What did you do in the end?

I ended up just bringing it through the back and then up to the panel beside it. All research said there was no way in unless I drilled into the pillar - and I really didnt want to do that (dont really have those skills)
