Cab Headlining Removal

Hi all, I've unscrewed the sun visors, top grab handles and little screws hidden in the light fixing, yet the head lining is still stuck. The front is loose but the side won't budge. Don't want to pull to hard and break it. Any ideas folks?

A pillar trims?

B pillar trims?

Rear cover trim?

Door seal rubber?

It's a surprisingly stiff piece of trim.


You seen this guy take his out.....?

I did cheers Dellmassive, followed what's he's done but the lining still feels fixed.
