Caddy Maxi Combi windows.

I know it isn't a T6, but can someone help, please?
My son is looking for a 5 seat Caddy Maxi and asked me about this:

It has 3 seats in the back, with fixed windows ( not sure if that is original or 'aftermarket', certification, etc.). There are no windows aft of the seats, and no window in the tailgate.
Would the speed limits be the reduced 'van with windows' or those for a car?
I have told him to ask his insurance, but any other issues he should be aware of, please?

Get him to check the plated weight. If over 2040Kg and has N1 on the V5, then van speed limits apply.

Have a look Parkers. It does say Maxi with a value of £8.5k for private sale and £10.5k for dealer sale
