Cambelt and front oil seal. Is this a DIY job?

Hi, I've noticed oil behind the lower pulley on my T6. I'm a DIY mechanic, happy changing brakes service items etc. If I bough the correct lock and alignment tools is this a DIY job or one for the experts? Cheers.

I can do most things on the van, but leave cambelt alone, can be costly mistake. Crank seal leak is very common issue - around £100 from tps.

I agree, unless you are extremely confident or happy to cover the cost of a new engine if it goes tits up .........
