When and Where
We’re opening for 4 nights between the 27th and 31st of August at Weston Park, Shropshire, TF11 8LE.
Entry and Departure
Our entrance and exit is completely contact free. Please have your e-ticket printed and on your dashboard at all times during your stay, we will scan this and your vehicle registration when you arrive.
Entry times are 2pm until 8pm each day, arrivals outside of these times will be refused for safety reasons.
Once entered, vehicle movement is not allowed overnight between 8pm and 7am.
Please turn all engines off outside of these times.
You must leave no later than 12 noon on your checkout day.
Please follow signs to your chosen camping area where a steward will direct you.
Pitch Size and Layout
We’ll direct you to a camping area you’ve chosen where you can choose a space of no more than 10m x 10m per pitch and ask you to stick to this. This gives you plenty of space for your vehicle and any awnings/tents that may need to go up for you and your family. When arriving we ask that you keep a space of 2 car widths (about 5m) between you and another pitch, unless they are part of your ‘support bubble’ and camping with you.
Camping Areas
We’ll have three camping areas, all with plenty of space.
- Family - Noise curfew of 10pm for families with young children and those who prefer quiet.
- General - Noise curfew of midnight for older families who’d like to stay up a bit later.
- Accessible - Please have your blue badge on display. Marked out pitches 10m x 10m close to the amenities.
Food and Drink
We’ll have a selection of street food vendors, as well as alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available on site. Please bring a contactless payment card with you to use on the day as cash may not be accepted.
You are welcome to bring your own. Fitted gas stoves inside vans can be used as well as gas stoves and gas BBQs raised onto tables or stands. Any cooking below table height is not allowed. Please do not take a barbecue inside a camper van, tent, or similar; in addition to the fire risk a barbecue gives off carbon-monoxide which can be fatal if inhaled.
Pets
You are welcome to bring well behaved four legged family members but please keep them with you, on a lead at all times and of course clean up any of their mess.
Toilets and facilities
There will be plenty of portable toilets as well as toilet blocks along the main tracks with hand sanitation stations outside of each. Our team of seasoned professionals have a thorough and regular cleaning routine.
If you prefer to bring your own portable toilet or have one as part of your camper, there’ll be disposal points next to each toilet block.
There will be water points available in each camping area.
We are currently looking into providing showers but want to make sure it is safe for us to do so before we can confirm.
Waste
We want to keep the grounds as beautiful as they were when we arrived. Please bring bin bags with you to either take rubbish away with you or for you to dispose of in the waste bins provided next to each of the toilet blocks.
Face Coverings
As Camper Site is entirely outdoors there are currently no rules requiring face coverings to be worn.
As long as you conform to the social distancing rules of 2m, you can enjoy the fresh air Weston Park provides.
