Can’t set time on radio screen

Hi, the time at the centre top of the radio as set it’s self to 0.00. This happened suddenly last week, up to then it’s shown the correct time. I have tried resetting the radio and removing the main battery and shorting the leads. But it still shows the same. Has anyone had this or thoughts how to rectify it.

Is the time corrrct on the MFD? Can you set it from the steering wheel controls?

It's quite a common fault. Our family Tiguan has this. Sometimes it displays 6.28 briefly but most of the time it 00.00
I tried resetting it etc to no avail.
Do a search on google we are not alone. I don't think there is a fix for it as far as I am aware. Even dealer visits and software updates have not fixed the issue from what I have read.

Hello, the time is correct in the MFD. It can also be altered via the buttons.
