Not these wheels specifically, but I have had cut/polished wheels previously including through a winter. They can be hard work, just one small stone chip, which is pretty likely to happen during a winter, can lead to all sorts of problems with the lacquer peeling/cracking and the alloy beneath spotting/marring.
I wouldn’t run that sort of finish in the winter again personally, they are hard to have refurbished to a good standard too.
