Can anyone identify this Damage?

It’s a photo through windscreen towards the dash.....I can’t work out if it’s a stone chip or scratch on the dash. Can I have my prize now?

Hey the Vans arrived today and those of you who said windscreen!! were spot on it is a small chip so well done I couldn't tell what it was!.van bought from auction and is in better condition than I thought from their pictures.and grading. So very happy.
