Can anyone identify this part please?

Hi,
I am having rear seats installed in my T6.1 and looking to source the lower thin grey ply-like trim which hides the lower part of the seat belt. Can anyone identify the part name as circled in green in the attached image please? I have tried loads of 'lower b pillar seat belt trim' terms but nothing has come up, ideally trying to make it look like factory.

Got any local convertors or similar places, plenty of the interior panels get removed and replaced with carpeted ply
