Can this plastic tray part be replaced easily as one?

Does anyone know if this tray boy with the texture can be replaced, the wife spilt nail glue on it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I can't remember if that lower tray comes out but I do know if you want to remove the upper part, you need to remove the air vents either side and a screw that holds it in from underneath before it will come out. See the 'where the clips are' thread for clues.
