Canopies

Hi czmate. We have /had an Outwell canopy porch for our Khyam tent. Best money we ever spent on camping equipment.

Most of the time you don't need a fully enclosed porch, something like this is enough most of the time, if it gets too cold just pop back in the van/tent. We found we needed extra pegs to keep the front ground tape thing flat, but apart from that it was great. We put bungee washing lines across the inside of the walls for
towels and things, if you're there for a few days it's ideal.

Edit: just got the joke

cheers, there are options out there this is my preferred at the moment. :)

I’ve got a Vango air beam sky canopy and it’s very good. Very light, waterproof and quick to put up.

They only used to do 3m ones which are too long for a SWB but they’ve just released a 2.5m.

Just a random question - do any tradesmen use canopies to work under?

I’ve seen carpenters using easyups!
