Carista stops auto window up when plugged in

Possibly old news to everyone but….
I was thinking my new (to me) van was having electrical gremlins when the auto window up wasn’t working when driving along just now.
I thought to myself, I must scan and see if I can reset that with Carista when I stop. I glanced into the little cubby hole to the right of the steering wheel where I keep it and it dawned on me that the Carista was left plugged in.
Reached down, pulled it out and auto up was restored.

Interesting, and weird!

Is this repeatable ie can you stop the windows from working by keeping Carista plugged in? Also, T6 or 6.1?

I’ll give it a go later. But I think that’s how it’s working. (Or not)
