Carpet Jointing

Morning all,

I've been searching the forum (and every where else) for a definitive answer about where to joint the carpet at the rear of my van. Does anyone have any pointers? Do people either run on piece from the front (including the arches) to the back corner and do one full piece across the threshold or do the run the peice onto the threshold and joint across the top?

Any advice or how you have done it would be awesome!

@Skyliner33 cheers mate. I read Dellmassives thread and tried to find the slidepods write up to see what they did but can't seem to find it. I'm tempted to do the threshold in 1 piece and joint it at the back but wondered if anyone had tried it?

I joined mine at each side near the tailgate hinges, then one piece down each side. Its really difficult to see the joins in the stretch carpet.
