Carpeted Lump in Rear Wall of T6.1

Recently purchased a 2nd hand T6.1 and in the rear passenger side i have what can only be described as a lunch box sized lump it is carpeted like the rest of the van and uses the plastic VW pop rivets to hold in place. any know what it is or could be? I have a removable tow bar and also twin electric side doors (only one side has the lump).

It’s a cover for the sliding door motor. Should be one both sides if you have a twin slider
