Carravelle Front Seat Swivel Base

Hi can anyone tell me if you can take the swivel base off Caravelle front seats and just fit the seats back on the base want to remove the one on the drivers seat

If they are aftermarket then yes you can. If they are OEM it’s a bit more difficult. You san remove the swivel but you’d have to replace it with a height adjuster b

Do you have the part number for the factory swivels

On a factory swivel they remove part number 12 above - the height adjuster and replace it with part 20 and 25. The seat plastics are also different. The part numbers are here Volkswagen Transporter Kombi (2016 - 2017) - drivers cab. for vehicles without electric operated seats. seat. > VAG ETKA Online > Nemiga.com

Ok thanks Deaky they are OME seats don’t know why they fitted it on the drivers side can not turn it round because of the fridge behind it will look in to getting base made or if someone does a aftermarket one but it would mean moving the leisure battery to the passengers side.

Hi @Deaky, you wouldn't happen to have a list of parts you bought when you changed your would you. Just sent my Kiravan swivels back due to height increases
