CIgarette socket fuse

Hi guys, I'm asking this on behalf of my bro. He's trying to find out where the fuse is for the cigarette socket as it's stopped working. The manual just says to go to VW which seems a bit OTT for a fuse.

It's located under the front passenger seat if you have the bench seats. It's a blue 15amp fuse. Mine also stopped working last week but the fuse isn't the issue so it's booked in for further checks!?
