Hey all, Iv been searching for days now for any info on the voltage this vacuum solenoid is supposed to operate at. Iv had vcds running the usual test (on/off) whilst back pinning the solenoid but all I’m getting is 3.3v even on a oscilloscope just to make sure it’s not fluctuating, 3.3v seem not enough to me, the solenoid works under 12v supply fine. Under driving conditions with a camera under the bonnet proves that it’s not operating at all so the flaps are staying shut 100% of the time, a new solenoid isn’t making any difference. The solanoid OE number is oe:037906283C. Any help would be much appreciated, even a link to a wiring diagram would help. Thanks Jim.
