Clunk and pulling to right

I have had the odd low speed clunk for some time, but infrequent and could not identify where it came from. It has suddenly got a lot worse, so when setting off on nearly full lock there is a loud clunk/clang that sounds like it is coming from the front O/S wheel/suspension. The van has also now started pulling to the right in normal driving. Any ideas? And is it likely to be OK to drive to my nearest dealer which is about 30 miles away?

I have the extended warranty so hopefully whatever it is will be covered. The van is a 2016 150bhp SWB Kombi 4motion with about 45k miles

First things first, are you able to get under there with a pry bar and have a look? If not, do you know anybody who could?
Obvious things to check are wheel studs, control arms and bushes, track rod ends, drop links etc.
A clunking noise on full lock at low speed could be a CV joint, look for grease around the CV joint boot, which is often but not always associated with CV joint failure.
I don't think anybody can safely reassure you that it'll be OK to drive 30 miles to the dealer without knowing the cause of the problem.

I wouldn't drive it until I knew what the problem was. From what you have described, it should be pretty easy to see.
Perhaps get under and look for loose/broken components - compare with the other side too.

Thanks for the replies. Not sure I have an option not to drive it as I have to get it to the garage. I will have a good tug at everything. If nothing is obviously loose is it likely to be OK? No guarantees obviously
