Comfort Dash Bottle Holder

Hey all,
Can anyone shed any light as to what is missing from here?
Got a bottle holder from a comfort dash with some missing bits, I can’t bring myself to buy a complete unit just for a few bits that appear to clip/bolt on.
I’m wondering if it’s something that can be made?
