Comfort dash USB issues

Has anyone had issues with the USB port on their comfort dash? Or know how to remove to replace? I don’t believe it’s the fuse. Thanks in advance

I found it seemed to be a common failure on a Facebook group so purchased a new unit! It’s a B*tch to remove, a spring clip top and bottom! You may want to remove first to confirm per number.

Thank you for sharing the above info.
I have the Comfort Dash and intending to get App Connect sorted.
You mentioned it’s a b*tch to remove the USB port. Could you advise how you achieved it please?
I’ve tried using what look like the appropriate ones from my decent Bojo USA trim tool set, but can’t get them to push in between the port and the flocked surround.
Any help muchly appreciated.
