confused about tyre rating

Hi, my placard on my 2018 T6 van states 216- 65-16 106/104T (102H) . So does that mean I can fit 102H safely .
I am looking to replace my Goodyear Marathon Cargo's 215-65-16. 106/104T with Michelin Primacy SUV 215-65-16 102H XL.
Thanks.

There seems to be a lot of variation in wheel and tyre info plates so I'm not 100% sure, but may be the 102 in brackets means a minimum rating?

H rating tyres (generally) have stronger sidewalls and softer rubber than T's to cope with higher speeds, so presumably VW consider that 102H and 106/104T will have similar actual loadings in everyday use, but the T's should have a higher mileage, hence their recommendation.

Yes that sounds logical. .Thanks.
