connecting up heated seats from a T6.1 to a T6 Highline

I just fitted some heated captain seats from a t6.1 panel van into our 2019 t6 highline. The seats I've removed were not heated. I attached up the seat-belt sensor connector fine, and left the heating loom dangling.

I read on this thread (https://www.t6forum.com/threads/heated-seat-help-kufatec-loom-and-oem-panel.13995/post-195961) about a Kufatec connecting system, and I've looked at @Dellmassive's wiring diagram, but I am pretty out of my league with this stuff. There's no control on my dashboard obviously, so I guess that would be an additional acquisition?
Is there a straightforward way of doing this or is it something that I need to take to a specialist electrician, and if so does anyone have an idea of the cost should I expect?
Any help gratefully received as ever!

(by the way, just looking at a couple of other threads - don't need to have the proper dash control for this, maybe there's a more bodgie version that's possible. I am having a leisure battery installed under drivers' seat, could run the heated seats from that? @Pauly looks like you gave some good advice on this thread, did this work do you know?

I recently acquired some 2016 Audi A6 leather seats seats at a price i couldn't refuse, these happened to be heated, and like yourself my van did not have heated seats before. If you're not bothered about having them controlled from the OEM position its easy enough I used a couple of 5 position switches from a 2004 vw passat (ebay around £25) as far as I could tell though most VAG ones will work, basically you will need a perm live fused at 15amp and sized appropriately, an ignition live fused at 7.5amp and an earth point (there's 1 under each seat) I'll post the picture I used for guidance. I mounted the switches to the front of the seats and used crimped spade connectors on to the 5254wiringdiagram.jpg

Something like these should work, standard spade connectors will fit on to the terminals. I didn't bother with the lighting connection as the switch can't be seen from where you sit. All grounds (brown wires) can be connected together to simplify things.

amazing Gavinda, that is so useful. I'll digest...

No problem, let me know if you need any more info, it's definitely something that can be diy'ed.
