Crafter Limp Mode - Please help!

Hi all.
I hope everyone is well.
I bought a Crafter back in December and after 3 months, it went in to limp mode.
After a week, it fixed itself, but to no surprise, it's back again...
The fault codes at the time were as follows:
P2BAC, P299
The garage said I needed a new turbo but my colleague at work removed a vacuum hose and plugged it straight in to the turbo actuator and proved that the turbo was not the issue.
We managed to trace the issue back to the N75 valve, which was replaced, and for a short period, fixed the issue, although the turbo was pulsating a little.
Although it was working somewhat, I still had still had the fault P2563, which was fairly intermittent but would usually appear on most journeys. Limp mode wasn't an issue for 2 weeks.
2 weeks later, it has gone in to limp mode again and the P2563 is nearly always on after a few minutes of driving.
I have replaced the MAP and MAF sensors and EGR valve.
I really don't know where to go from here.
Surely it's not a leak, otherwise it wouldn't work at all.
I would really appreciate any advice.
I'm reluctant to take it back to the garage that wanted to replace the turbo, I have lost a bit of confidence in them, even though they're a VW specialist.
Thankyou

What year of Crafter? Which engine - what engine code, it's something like DAUA, DASB, CSLB, CSNA, CECA, BJK, etc.

Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit - P2563 00 [01100000] - Implausible Signal

Generally the code is triggered when actual value of charge pressure actuator (position) differs from what ECU commands.
You could verify this by reading stored freeze frame data of the fault.

Or to get better idea when this happens by monitoring the values while engine is running.

VCDS would be more than helpful for the diagnostics.
