Cruise Control

I have a T6 Highline with cruise control fitted. How do I know if this is ACC? I tried, under controlled circumstances, to test this, but chickened out at the last moment! Answers?

I think you've answered your question. In other news, I believe ACC to have a fairly obvious radar sensor visible at the front, in the lower grill. The manual would give you the instructions for controlling ACC and if you can't, you don't. No doubt others more expert than I will come along soon.

ACC has a small square radar sensor in the centre of the lower grill. It's very apparent while driving when it's on, if you close in on a slower car it will slow you down from a safe distance, if you get uncomfortably close to a slower car it will apply the brakes

All new vans have that radar unit for city braking.

On your steering wheel do you have the distance option on the left square button?

What I meant was do you have this button on the left of your steering wheel.
