Not my ad’, no harm in making as offer. Edit: ad says no offers, so I guess that is probably the going price.
I just scared myself by typing 7E0601149 into ebay uk. Ouch... Pricey!!!
I then remembered why I order a lot of stuff from Germany and tried typing the part number in a few more times. I had no joy with amazon.de (unsurprisingly) , but ebay.de returned a hit at EUR 25.11 (about £21.50) for a set of 4 delivered in Germany. I have not checked that the Seller will ship to UK (not all do), but if that is available then you can obviously expect postage to be a few pounds extra.
(The Seller in question appears to have sold 46 sets and has more than 10 sets still available.)

UK delivery is NOT possible directly from the ebay site, but at checkout it does suggest to contact Seller directly to understand any other options for shipment outside of Germany.
From description, there are some "mini" scratches from storage (per photos in their listing) but basically 4x original parts / 1 set. Original text follows -
