Dedicated tow bar electrics help

Hi all

Got a kit from pf jones, I've ran all the cables including the ones to the bcm but struggling with the ones for under passenger seat, it's says the grey white cable for rear fogs in the light blue connector but mine is grey white in a green connector with rear fogs on its 11.something volts, when I switch it off it's drops down to 1.8v and stays like that (so hope it's the right one lol). So is this normal even with the van locked etc still has that voltage over a few of the pins

Post a picture or two. It always helps when the people in the know can visualise the location, especially if there's an obvious reason for your problems.
