Diameter of front Anti Roll Bar

I’m looking at replacing the front anti roll bar bushes on my 2016 VWT6 with Power Flex bushes, when I look online I see that there are different sizes of bushes, does anyone know the diameter of the front anti roll bar.

There are some variances, so you need to measure your own.
