Dipped Beam Adjustment

Hello
Is there a way to adjust the starting point of the dipped Beam bulb when it is set on 1 on the internal dial?

I'm not looking to lower but higher the bulb just a little as when I compare the range of them to other vehicles they are considerably lower even when set on the highest settingthanks
