Documents required for parallel-import to the UK

Hello, I have an issue and was wondering if you could help me. I bought a VW Transit from an auction in the Uk which I later found out that has been imported from Australia. The only document that came with the car was a NOVA clearance letter. I problem I have is that I'm trying to apply for a logbook for the vehicle and I have to provide information about the vehicle that the DVLA have asked for in order to get the logbook. They are wanting information about :
Protective Steering (quoting EC Euro directive compliance ADR 69/00 and airbag needed, or ADR 73/00)
Front impact (EC directive compliance or ADR)
Anti-theft immobiliser (EC directive compliance or ADR)
EU CO2 figure (NEDC and/or WLTP)
If you know anything/ anyone that could help me with these it would be much appreciated

Was the van stated as being an Ozzy import during the auction? If not, it was mis-represented and you are entitled to return it for your money back.

I don't expect anybody on this forum can help with the specific points that the DVLA raised without knowing what it is that you've purchased, do you have any specific model and engine data from the vehicle or the NOVA paperwork?

Google is your friend.

Category R – Agricultural trailer“: means any agricultural or forestry vehicle intended mainly to be towed by a tractor and intended mainly to carry loads or to process materials and where the ratio of the technically permissible maximum laden mass to the unladen mass of that vehicle is equal to or greater than 3.0.

So an agricultural trailer? Seems a bit random for a VW Transporter

They are saying that ‘you stated this vehicle fall under Class R”. Where did you get that information? I’m an Aussie with a T6 Transporter and can try and help out, but you need to get the class of the vehicle correct with the Vehicle Standards Agency.
