Dometic Fridge - combining fridge/freezer sections

I'm not hopeful of a timely response here, given that I'm hitting the road this evening, but could do with some urgent advice from anyone who has experience of removing the freezer compartment of a Dometic CR50 fridge to provide more fridge space.

It's very easy to remove teh freezer compartment, it just slides out, but there is no advice in the manual about changing temp settings when you do this.

Anyone advise?

I’ve found that too. The only problem I had was getting the freezer compartment door/shelf unit out… took a lot of jiggling about and trying different angles. Getting it back in was a pain too. But the controls I just set at what I wanted for the fridge and it worked a treat.
