Is it M1 crash tested ?

Not tested however the material is being upgraded to 10mm thick from 8mm so no issues with safety.

No worries.
Most people will want an M1 tested bracket, if they are putting family members / friends in the seat.
most won’t buy a rock and roll bed unless it’s M1 tested either.

Word of warning - cover your 4rse BIG style when advertising these, be honest & upfront about what they're tested to. Better than BS'ing your way through and ending up in clink if it goes wrong...!

Not sure that will stand up in court should the need arise. Only way to be certain is to have it tested. Ensure you advertise correctly as perevioulsy mentioned. We've had products which have been 'tested' with a certificate, but due diligence found these to be fake certificates. Be honest and the buyer will be informed.

FYI the original poster hasn't been on the forum for over a year, since people asked him if the device was tested as safe to use.
