Hi all, my van is coming to 3 years old and has had slight judder for a while pulling off and the usual rattle in cold weather. Told VW motus in derby over a year ago, must be worse than that to claim under warranty was the reply. Typically last time it went in for a service in November I asked them to look at it as the temperature had dropped and it was rattling when cold but they couldn't fault it. I am now getting a slight vibration/ buzzing felt through the seat and pedals and the bite point has come up higher but no slip. I took out another 6 months warranty when I bought the van from listers VW in droitwich as the van was 6 months old when I had it. Currently at 38.5k miles full VW service history. Wondering if anyone has had a replacement done outside of VW 3 year manufacturer warranty but still under extended warranty? Sorry for the long waffle
