I got a D2 fitted professionally 6 years ago and it's never worked properly despite taking it back, spending money on fixes that didn't work. It would run for 20 minutes then 'error'. Eventually I found it was an F13 fault to do with overheating. I did some googling and found somebody else having the same issues. His fix was to take the seat out and straighten out the heater pipe so the air has unimpeded flow straight up.
I did similar and it fixed the problem. So, if you are having these issues you may also want to do the this.
After running the heater successfully like this for many weeks, I've now made it more tidy and permanent.
