Eberspacher not firing up

Eberspacher problem. Went to fire my heater up today and nothing? I believe it’s a D2 or 4. It had error appear the other day but today has come up with this code. I can’t find original documents. If anyone could please help it would be greatly appreciated.

Ideally you want to check all the stored error codes. The last 5 are usually stored.

I’ve had a few errors over the years, which when reset by pulling the fuse do not reoccur..

Thank you, I will try firstly to find where the fuse is as bought the van ready built. Can’t be rocket science?

No communication is usually a dodgy plug connection, not pushed in enough or corroded contacts.
At least it isn't a 51 code!

Hi, done what you said and worked a treat. Turned it on a couple of times today and fired up both times. So thanks for the advice.

NP @DAAS. My install has a row of 3 fuses and the middle one is the system power feed.
