Eibach Adjustable Sport Comfort lowering springs set

howdy folks, I'm just reaching out to see if anyone has any knowledge or knows of any way that i can identify the spec of a new/unused set of eibach sport comfort adjustable lowering springs that I've had for a little time and would like to sell them.
I'm pretty sure they are for a T5 - T6 but not sure on their actual lowering details.
the details stamped on the actual springs are as follows:
front - CF15850134FA and 42/20
rear - CF158501303RA and 15/21
I've tried calling Eibach and VanStyle but no help available atm - can anyone help please? thank you

I've also a set of eibach rear too and again I'm looking to determine their spec in order to list them.
