Electric window and heater not working

Hi, sorry for probably a question that has been asked so many times before, we have just bought our first Vw Transporter T6 2018 Highline panel van, we are having a couple of issues with it, firstly the electric windows do not work at all, the heater or a/c are not working neither and the rear parking sensors, any help on any of these issues would be greatly appreciated , the garage we bought the van from refuses to help.
Regards
Colin and Lisa

Welcome to the forum @Collisa

If I were you I'd be putting this in writing to the garage and rejecting the van under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 unless the issues are fixed.

Hopefully you are within 30 days when your rights are strongest, the next window is 6 months after which there will be very minimal options open to you.

Hi Roadtripper, thank you for the welcome and the reply, we have been searching for a VW transporter T6 for a long time and had saved the money to buy one, it was advertised with a full service history, yet the dealer said he will send that on to us, it had a list of about 10 faults all together, I contacted him and he said “you have to accept the van is 6 years old and it is what it is” , I said all I wanted was these faults to be rectified and he said “ you had two hours to check over the van when you bought it, you should have pointed theses issues out then and there,” we asked about the warranty and he said well if it has a mechanical issue then you have to return it to us” but when we spoke to an employee on the day he said as we lived over 300 miles away they normally ask to get the work done and then bill them, but he says that’s now not the case, it is the perfect van for us but he just won’t fix any of the problems, I want to reject it but he has quite a threatening demeanor about him and I am worried for our safety if we do go down that route

I don't know what to advise much further but if the person you bought the van from is threatening you then that's a matter for at least Trading Standards if not the Police?
