Electrical Hook Up to vehicle battery

Hi, is there something available which will allow me to connect a 240 volt hook up directly to the main battery so I can using the lights etc in the back of my van when I'm on a camp site with draining my battery?

@Dellmassive do you know if these have a toggle button? I have a small gold Ctek charger on my westfield and if the mains is lost or connected, you have to press the toggle button before the charger starts working again. I want something that I can hide behind a panel and forget about it.

No toggle switch, they just start charging when mains is applied and a battery is detected.....

Fit and forget.....

The ctek & noco chargers are very popular in car showrooms and the like to keep the cars powered up all day, every day.
